This event is part of the larger Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) which will take place simultaneously in more than 200 cities this year. Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) seeks to raise awareness about Israel's apartheid policies towards the Palestinians and to build support for the growing Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaign.

IAW is an annual international series of events including rallies, lectures, cultural performances, film screenings, multimedia displays and boycott of Israel actions held in cities and on university campuses across the globe.

This event will first begin with a projection of a short film followed by a lecture of two guest speakers.

Guest Speakers :

• Jan Dreezen, old coordinator of BDS Belgium : A presentation of the BDS movement on national and international scale.
• Ziyad Abualrob, communication expert, will present his PhD : The Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the European press.
